We are getting closer to our 1st Fellowship & Prayer Event  located in Atlanta GA. Our desire is to purposely unite as brothers as we build stronger bonds of support, accountability and insight that will help us all “Go the Distance” in the Will of God for our lives.

Action Plan Session: Each brother will discuss and create an Individual Action Plan to go home with that at least one brother will support him as an accountability partner, along with his wife when he gets home (for those married). Areas of plan will include: Spiritual Growth; Marriage; Relationships, Health, Finances, Children and Purpose
Each Action Plan would include Immediate Plans/Goals, Short Term Plans/Goals and Long Term Plans/Goals

Hotel Reservations
All reservations should be made online directly with the hotel via a designated link that is provided. A special discounted room rate has been negotiated for our event. Reservations should be completed by Sunday, May 8th, 2016, to guarantee room availability at the discounted rate. For reservations made after this date, availability of the discounted room rate may not be guarantee.

Nightly Rate: $89 (excludes taxes and fees)
2-Night Stay: $217 (estimated – includes taxes and fees)

Standard Double Queen Room:

2-Night Stay: $240 ($120 per guest – estimated – includes taxes and fees)

King Suite:
Nightly Rate: $139 (excludes taxes and fees)
2-Night Stay: $333 (estimated – includes taxes and fees)

Double Queen Suite:
Nightly Rate: $139 (excludes taxes and fees)
2-Night Stay: $333 ($166.50 per guest – estimated – includes taxes and fees)

Per our agreement with the hotel, a designated number of rooms for each room type have been allocated.  When making your reservation, if you do not see your desired room type available, please contact our hotel coordinator Kevin Clark at: kevinclark_00@hotmail.com to submit a request for the hotel to allocate additional rooms in the desired room type.

Hotel Payment / Check-in and Check-out Times
A credit card is required to complete the online reservation; however, no deposit is required prior to check-in. Hotel guests are responsible for payment of the final bill at the time of check out.Hotel event check-in is Friday, June 10th, after4pm. Check-out is Sunday, June 12th, by 11am.

Hotel Payment and Cancellation
Any reservation cancellations should be made by guests online or by contacting the hotel directly.  Per our agreement with the hotel regarding this event, all reservation cancellations must be made by May 31st, 2016, to avoid a hotel cancellation charge.

Hotel Amenities include: Free hot breakfast buffet; Free internet; Free self-parking; Coffee Maker; Microwave Oven; Mini Refrigerator; Fitness center; Indoor pool; Business Center; Use of Large Conference Room

Atlanta-based Participants
For those individuals based in the Atlanta area, while staying in the hotel is not required to participate in the event, it is highly encouraged both for convenience and to experience the extended fellowship that will likely take place the mornings and evenings of the event. In addition, for those not staying at the hotel, there is a charge of $9.95 per meal for the breakfast buffet. There is no charge for parking.

Transportation
All participants are expected to make transportation arrangements for check-in and check-out of the hotel to and from their home destinations. There is an offsite social event that is planned for Saturday evening, June 11th. Transportation to this social event will also be provided, so you will not need to provide your own transportation to attend the agenda items have been planned. For those individuals arriving by plane, the hotel is located just 4 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL). A complimentary hotel shuttle is available for transportation to and from the hotel. Please contact the hotel at (877) 859-5095 to arrange airport shuttle pickup.

Sharing a Double Occupancy Room:
For those sharing a double occupancy guest room, the hotel does allow split credit card payment for the final room bill. However, when making the initial room reservation online, a primary guest name and credit card are required. The additional room guest name must be added at the time of check in.  Arrangements for sharing of room payment for double occupancy rooms should be made prior to arrival.  The person under whom the room reservation is made is legally responsible to the hotel for final room payment.

Planned Men’s Social Event on Saturday, June 11th
As part of our Men’s event, a fun men’s social outing has been scheduled for Saturday evening, June 11th.  The cost is $40 per person and includes dinner and use of event facilities. While we have made arrangements for much of the food, conference room and facilities for our event, we are asking each attendee to provide the $40 per person participation cost. A check or money order in the amount of $40 should be made payable to Eric Watterson (please no cash).

Your Payment includes the price for our group rental rate at Whirlyball and your dinner which comes to $40.00 for event. Please note that if you are paying through PayPal, $1.40 has been added to the final total for PayPal Processing Fees. Keep in mind that this is our planned option and it’s success is based on participation, so please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to attend so that we can finalize our space and time.
